Every Thursday at 6pm Market Fresh Bistro hosts a seven course tasting menu either celebrating one farm on Maui or one region of the world, like Taste of France or Taste of Cuba….always showcasing veggies, beef, fish or lamb from Hawai’i . Everyone comes in and sits at one long table and eats together….It’s a great experience for tourists and locals alike!
